Photo Diary: NYC

For the second leg of our trip we went to NYC to visit friends, family, and FIT (the Fashion Institute of Technology). It was such a great trip and I felt pretty natural in the NYC “habitat.” We stayed on the Upper West Side at a friends apartment and explored Manhattan and Brooklyn. My two favorite parts were definitely getting Ladurée macarons on the Upper East Side, and exploring Willamsburg on the last day. The vibe was so chill and there is more sky there which I enjoyed. The macarons were the best I’ve ever had, and now I understand what the big deal is! FIT was really impressive, if I decided to go there for school, I would study Fashion Merchandising & Management, with the intent to continue to get e BFA in Fabric Styling. It is so exciting and crazy that I’ll be going to college soon…

Here are some photos from the trip!

It’s always bittersweet at the end of an amazing trip, but I look forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight
