Photo Diary: Arizona

I really enjoyed taking videos while driving – so I made this little clip

Arizona was absolutely beautiful, and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. We were in Sedona for two nights, Flagstaff for one, and Phoenix for one. We used Airbnb to find (fantastic) places to stay, and Yelp was our go-to app. The Red Rocks in Sedona were insane. The color, variety, and vastness blew me away, and I was inspired by the relaxed way of life in the fairly small and spiritual community. Then in Flagstaff we got to spend time with a few friends at Northern Arizona University, which was lovely, and the next morning visited the Grand Canyon. Holy shit! It was so beautiful and surreal to finally have visited it, the photos speak for themselves. The hike we chose was about 4.2 miles (up and down the canyon), and it was surprisingly one of the easier hikes I have done. Finally back in Phoenix we enjoyed downtown and ate at Arrogant Butcher with dessert at Churn. It was a great night to end our Arizona trip.

Next up…Colorado!
